  Slow, bad customer service. Just got a cheeseburger that was nearly folded in half with more ketchup on top of the bun than in it. Regular cheeseburger went from less than a dollar to nearly 3 and this is the garbage you give me?

  The McDonald's staff were incredibly slow, garbage! Thirty minutes to get a meal.

  Elite location. Best McDs in NE Ohio in my professional opinion (130,000+ McDonald's app rewards points since 2018). Unlike hit or miss locations that serve lukewarm fries 50% of the time, Sunset Strip always serves hot and fresh food. From top to bottom, I truly appreciate all the staff there. They care about the quality of their food and service, and it shows.

  A surprisingly quick mcdonalds. Im always in and out in under 3 minutes. The breakfast items are always on point.
