I went back through the drive through and had to explain no one gave me food. They fumbled their way to figure out what my order was to give me a refund and gave a half assed apology.

Most of the restaurants you go to are run down and dirty. I'm sure understaffing is part of the reason but they need to figure it out. Usually the food is still good.
