  Charged me $8 more ordering in store than what it would have online when I try to order online exactly the same (no promo codes). When I called they said everything checks out on their end & no other explanation…weird.

  Every time I order from this location, they make the skimpiest subs. Barely any lettuce, barely any meat. When I’m in Cuyahoga falls they make a full sub. You can see the lettuce, cheese and meats. Guess not every location is the same

  Every time I order food from here it takes forever to get delivered, and something is always missing. I’ve been waiting an hour for my order, and they said the driver left 40 minutes ago… I live five minutes away. Smh. 😒
