- THTONYA HIGGINBOTTOM6 days ago1.0Never been there before order 3 cheese burgers, and three fries, small, medium and large. They threw all the fries in the bag grease and all and when I got home I only had two sandwiches. That meant someone at home didn't have a burger to eat, I was really upset. Called the restaurant and the phone number just hangs up you. So I'm out $12.00. I try to go to different places to eat but it seems like I get screwed every time.

I actually don’t eat there anymore. This time I was picking up for a friend on my way from work. I got there at 6:13 to pick up an online order and didn’t leave until about 6:37 pm just waiting to pick up. There were about 6-8 employees behind the counter and engaging in horseplay while I stood there waiting so they weren’t short staffed- not to mention they helped everyone that came in after me while I stood there waiting ( not sure why). Boo Fiveguys. Badly done. Terrible service.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
