  You literally have to ask for the most common sense things here. I forgot common sense isn’t common. If I order multiple lux boxes why are you handing them to me one by one and not in bags. Why and I not getting a cup holder for multiple drinks.

  Sir Chalupa shelland the gordita crunch shell was just really really dry like it’s been sitting too long I also work at a Taco Bell so I figured it’s probably from sitting too long

  I always receive my order wrong. This is the worst tacobell I've ever been to. I ordered a party pack with no lettuce on ALL tacos. I also ordered a grilled cheese burrito. Every single taco had lettuce on it. The grilled cheese burrito had no cheese on the top of the burrito. I called in and the man that answered was apologetic and explained that they had been short staffed and had new employees which he stated was not an excuse. He offered to remake the entire order if we brought the receipt in. We had taken our receipt in knowing his name and provided it to the staff. We were then questioned and told they had to contact the general manager first. When asked for contact information for the general manager our request was denied. Instead the manager on duty said I could speak to them. Ive spoken to the "manager on duty" multiple times. For the past year they have never gotten our order correct. Don't waste your time or money here.

  Worst taco bell ever. Don't make sick employees work and handle food all day. Also the manager, Theresa, is the worst manager in that place. Night crew is a mess and doesn't care about their jobs. Is it too much to ask for you to show a little professionalism while at work? No, I dont think so. Get a better crew.

  We often drive by our areas two other Taco Bell locations to get to this one. It's VERY well run. It's clean and it seems to be appropriately staffed most of the time. The employees are kind, the food is prepared as its supposed to be, not burnt or under-done and if you ask for something (like no lettuce) they get the order RIGHT!
