If I could give zero I would. The lady that took our order in the drive thru was rude. I ordered a burger and asked if it could be placed on pretzel bun she responded with “yea when I finish taking ur order… what else do you want” then we were rudely told they don’t take tap to pay … once getting our food my strips were like bottom of barrel strips. Super thin like fried fish and hard…. My chili cheese tots barely has anything on them… lemonade tastes stale and my husband burger which we paid for pretzel bun, extra cheese and bacon was missing all the extras we paid for. When I walked up to explain to her she snatched the bag and walked inside. She had someone else bring out our burger. Just horrible customer service. Probably should hire a manager who likes people. I don’t think I’ll go back to this location because she was extremely rude.

I visited sonic at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. I waited five minutes to place my order at the speaker. I waited another five minutes at the window. Finally, the lady came to the window said sorry about your weight and handed me a bag that had cold fries.

My sister and I pulled up to one of the drive-in ordering stations, the place was pretty much empty besides two cars also in one of the stations. We pressed the button to have our order taken and the screen told us someone would be right there. There were no signs saying that the stations were out of use so we continued to wait there for almost 10 minutes. A lady proceeded to come out and ask if I had a mobile order, when we told her no she told us we had to go through the drive-through. I think the only reason we weren’t left waiting there forever is because she had to come out to deliver her order, no one once said anything over the intercom. We got our food okay, it wasn’t too slow to come out but the lady wasn’t particularly friendly. When we got our food my sisters chicken sandwich didn’t even taste like chicken and my tater tots were so salty I couldn’t finish them. The corndog was also barely warm.

A friend and I decided to stop at sonic in north canton around lime. Let’s just say the lady at the drive though taking our order has the worst attitude of anyone in customer service. I kept telling my friend let’s just go, I don’t even want to eat here anymore. She really wanted sonic or else I would have pulled out and left. You can tell she wasn’t just having a bad day, she was just a nasty person! All these negative reviews you’d think Sonic management would do something about this location.

If I could give no stars I would. Waited in the drive-through for 20+ minutes and I was the one ordering. The worker said give us a minute and one minute turned into 20+ minutes. I ended up being able to order through the app so I could tell through the intercom I just have a pick up. They told me to pull around. When I got to the window, the lady asked what I was doing there and I stated that someone told me to pull around for my order which was an onion ring and a large diet vanilla Coke. The lady said OK went over to the milkshake Machine was applying whipped cream to another customers milkshake and I watched her lick her fingers and then go make my drink. Never washed her hands never use hand sanitizer. At that point I was so disturbed and grossed out. I ended up throwing everything away. This is not my first review from sonic. But this will for sure be my final review. If you are craving sonic please do yourself a favor and drive to the one in Jackson Township as this one is absolutely terrible and gross and quite honestly should be shut down.
