    This used to be a great place. Our food was skimpy, expensive, and slow. The restaurant didn't look like tables or floor had been cleaned in quite awhile. Plenty of place-your-order pads. Not sure why the price keep climbing when less service and less food. The frontega chicken panini had changed to a toasted version. I'm sure it is easier to prepare also. Worst part, finding a dirty lettuce end/stalk in my salad that should have been in the trash not my salad. It looked like it had never been washed.

    I had such a wonderful experience at Panera Bread today. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, showing true hospitality from the moment we walked in. They were not only friendly to me, but also so thoughtful and accommodating to my child, which meant a lot. It made our visit feel comfortable and enjoyable.
