I put in a mobile order 30 minutes before breakfast ended and checked in 5 minutes prior. As I pulled through the drive thru the staff said hold on a moment as they would need to check if they could complete my order since it was 10:31 when I was talking to them. I told them I placed the order 20 minutes ago and the manager came on the loud speaker a rudely stated that they can’t do my order because I checked in a minute late. The manager made absolutely no effort to provide me with an alternative. Hands down the worst manager I’ve come in contact with.
