  The ONLY reason why this review is getting 5 stars is because of the person that took care of us. Mae took care of us today 3/2/26 Mae was very pleasant and very attentive. However, Mae is just one person and while they were trying to clean up the lobby the two folks in the kitchen, male in drive thru and female in the kitchen area were joking and playing and eating, I was left standing at the counter. This was not Mae’s fault. These other two people with no orders on screen could have stepped up to help. While the children and I were eating I noticed how people started to come in, a party of 2, a party of 3/4, they were left standing there while the other two people on the floor were talking and joking around. It wasn’t until the first party of two started to get irritated did the male from DT came over to help. restaurants require teamwork and it should not have been left to Mae alone, teamwork makes the dream work. The ONLY reason I will return is because of Mae.

  This is a great family dinner night option! Or date night too! The people are always friendly, the price is right, and the bread sticks are the best around!

  Amy is an absolute doll. Fantastic with her crew, fantastic with the customers, and still provided quality food while maintaining a shockingly large catering order.

  I haven't eaten here since the 90's and probably never will again. Pizza was burnt with hardly any sauce, Alfredo had a weird taste and they put very little sauce on pasta. Very disappointed.

  Listen, I don't got time for fancy-schmancy Italian joints where they charge you thirty bucks for a plate of spaghetti and act like they're doin' you a favor. Nah. I want real food, hot, fast, and plenty of it, without some kid in a bowtie lookin' down his nose at me. So I hit this Fazoli's the other night—yeah, the chain one, whaddya gonna do? Walk in, place feels clean, bright, none of that dim-lit "romantic" bullshit that makes you wonder if the kitchen's hidin' somethin'. Girl behind the counter's smilin', quick, no attitude. Good start. I go for the baked spaghetti with meatballs—big portions, sauce got that nice tang, not too sweet like some places try to pull. Meatballs? Solid. Not Nonna's, but they ain't rubber either. Then the fettuccine Alfredo—creamy, cheesy, sticks to your ribs like it should. But lemme tell ya the real hero here: those garlic breadsticks. Unlimited? You kiddin' me? They keep comin' hot, buttery, garlicky, soft in the middle, crisp on the outside. I musta put away a dozen. Paulie Walnuts woulda cried tears of joy. Pizza's decent too—thick crust, pepperoni done right, not that greasy crap you get some places. Whole family walked out stuffed, happy, and my wallet didn't feel like it got whacked. Service? Fast. Friendly. No drama. Place was spotless. For what it is—quick Italian-American, family-style without the family drama—it's a home run. Five stars, no question. You want authentic Milan? Go to Milan. You want good grub that don't break the bank and leaves you satisfied? Fazoli's. Period. I'd take the crew here any day over waitin' two hours for some overpriced plate. Capisce? Go get yourself some breadsticks. You'll thank me later.
