  Very nice, young kids. Need trained. Unfair to schedule these kids on busy mornings with very little assistance.

  Wasn’t answering the order box when they were open and I could see employees inside. Not the first time this has happened here.

  Leaving one star because since when is Dunkin Donuts not allowed to give out pup cups? Does Dunkin Donuts hate dogs? Starbucks gives out FREE pup cups. I will never go to a Dunkin Donuts again. My poor pup loves pup cups and I even asked if I could pay for it, and simply just get a cup of whipped cream and they told me no.

  I ordered a drink with light ice and I got half a drink and would not fix it !!

  So me and my fiance stopped at dunkin' donuts to get a hot coffee Boston cream donut and 10 munchkins before heading to our next client to remove snow. We got two regular coffees and we forgot to say, you know we wanted cream and sugar and how much we wanted in each. We pull up to the window to pay and this older lady completely snaps an attitude with my fiance.Who by the way it's a very low speaker, he doesn't like confrontation. I know for a fact he probably smiled at her when asking and she literally changed her whole demeanor caught an attitude and slammed the little flippin' drive-thru window in his face while saying I'm going to put it in there 😳🙄🤔 like whoa lady it seems to me according to the rest of the reviews as well that this is probably the one worker that doesn't need to be interacting with clients! Especially when there paid to promote good customer service to the customers. I mean what else are you getting paid for? I would definitely either move her in the back or tell her to hit the road! She is definitely not bringing customers back to your store. So we're probably not coming back to the store it was our first time there and it was our last time. "I forgot to mention after that whole situation she wasn't even the lady that brought the donuts an our drinks to the window that's how butthurt she acted over asking if we could tell her how many creams and sugars we wanted added to our coffees before she rudely slammed the door or drive through window in my fiance's face 🙄"
