  I’m a regular Chipotle customer and typically choose this location because it’s convenient and I expect consistency. Today was anything but. During peak hours, the store was completely out of white rice and had no grilled chicken available, two of the most basic and highest volume items on the menu. The quoted wait time was 20+ minutes just to restock core ingredients. Running out of specialty items is understandable. Running out of foundational proteins and rice during a rush reflects poor prep forecasting and inventory management. This isn’t about inconvenience, it’s about operational execution. When customers walk in and can’t order standard menu items, that’s a systems issue, not a supply chain surprise. I hope leadership reviews prep timing, demand forecasting, and line readiness to prevent this from becoming a pattern.

  The chips were extremely salty, the worst ive ever had, very little meat as well, so disappointed.

  Very rude employees, not welcoming at all, always messy on the counters and floor, food everywhere and not at busy times just shows carelessness I try to avoid this location at all cost

  The employees and staffing are very comforting and inviting. Very considerate and know-how to take care of you for a good meal! Much love to all the workers at Chipotle.

  Saltiest bowl I've ever had it's physically hurts to eat. I tried calling in to this location 5 times tonight and had to deal with the dumbest robo receptionist. When I finally got through to the actual store I called 3 more times and the phone rang through.
