  We dined at Bonefish Grill on Valentine’s Day and had a bit of a mixed experience. To start, parking was incredibly limited and it took quite a while to find a spot. Thankfully, once we made it inside, we were seated quickly thanks to having a reservation, which we definitely recommend on a busy holiday. It did take some time for our server to initially get to us, but when they did, they were very friendly and welcoming. Considering how packed the restaurant was, the food came out relatively quickly and it was absolutely delicious. Everything we ordered was flavorful and well prepared. The kitchen really did a fantastic job, especially given how busy the night was. Unfortunately, the atmosphere and overall service flow left something to be desired. The restaurant was playing Christmas music in the background, which felt very out of place on Valentine’s Day. On top of that, one of the bus staff members was consistently sprinting through the dining room, flinging white sheets of paper onto tables as covers and running and jumping between guests to turn tables over quickly. While we understand the pressure of a busy holiday, it was very disruptive and made it difficult to relax and enjoy the moment.

  Great takeout experience once again at Bonefish! Bartender Taylor was on point with recommendations and service along with a visit from the manager Vinny to just say Hi and ensure everything was on point!! It’s rare to have much interaction beyond your initial greet from the host stand but Maravi was so delightful from beginning to end…will definitely be requesting her as my server when she completes her training, she’ll be fantastic!! Be back soon!

  When we ate here, everything was prepared perfectly -- from the fresh bread & dipping sauce, to the bang bang shrimp, to our main entrees (seafood) and dessert. Most importantly, the staff is extremely friendly. When we once had a personal issue, they went out of their way to help us resolve it. I can't thank them enough for their positive attitude.

  One of my favorite places to eat at on the Strip! Excellent customer service and the food comes out in a timely manner. Addison and Gabriella are one of my favorite servers. & The bang bang shrimp tacos are a 10/10.

  Seafood in a fine dining atmosphere. Our server was great! Love to Muna. The atmosphere is very nice. Quiet, casual, and good date setting. The food was fine. Mild flavoring. We tend to like more spicy food and seasoning, so we may have ordered the wrong things for our palate. It was well prepared and plated nicely. The only hiccups we had was I ordered rhe asparagus as a side dish. Apparently they ran out, so they just substituted broccoli. I can't eat broccoli so we had to send that part back. Most places would ask you what you want as a substitution before serving you. Muna made it right. She was right on it. So it was all okay in the end, but for a finer dining experience, I would want to be asked before serving. I think for many diners this would be a wonderful dining experience.
