  I got some coffee the other day and was served by an employee Titus Littell he really brightened my day up and made me an awesome drink I look forward to going back to 7 brew purely because of Titus he was the sole reason my morning was made brighter.

  I was trying to find a place on the site to give a shout out to the girl that took my order. She was so helpful, cheerful, and thorough. Her name was 3 letters and started with R. Rin? Thank you!!

  We visit this location twice a week. We had a staff member wait on us today that has waited on us before. He walks with no enthusiasm and has no personality. I was telling him my order from the passenger seat and he made no effort to bend down and interact with me. My husband repeated the order to him but it was still wrong. Next time we visit this location and he approaches our car, I will just choose to not order anything.

  I was there this morning and they were so rude to me. It tasted off so I asked if they had put a flavor in and they asked me “does it look like I did” and then the other employees started laughing. I also work for this company (not this location) and it was not a pleasant interaction nor would I speak to customers like that. I get a morning shift is rough but no need to be unprofessional. Not coming back.

  LOVE their coffee. Can’t stand the wait! I’ve never waited less than 10m to order and then another 10m to get your coffee (literally took us 20m this morning). Two different times I’ve sat in the outside line while the inside line has turned over twice. And I’ve seen the 3rd car in line get their coffee well ahead of the first car in line. Just seems very disorganized to me and like there should be a better way. Also, getting coffee isn’t meant to be a 25m experience every time. ETA: my husband ordered a large hot coffee and we think he got a latte since the cup was only half full and appeared to have foam on top. There’s also nothing on your cup (and never an option of a receipt) to ensure that you got what you paid for.
