The way orders are taken is done in no actual order so while we sat waiting just to have our order taken, people who pulled in well after us were given priority. 1 attendant is not enough for the amount of cars in 2 lanes. Do better management. Coach your staff. Fix your machine so hot tea is Hot.

She did not get her muffin top and didn't want to go back and wait cause she had to get the girls and the line is long. So, She told my daughter it's okay they know me they will make it up in good faith. She was wrong. They treated her like she was trying tovrib the place over a $3 muffin. Now she won't go back. And I like the drink she gets me. Do better you guys. I know you say everybody could try that but thats just not a fact. Nobody is going around trying to scam for muffins. Do better.
