  I had such a great experience at Seven Brew thanks to Mercedes! She was seriously one of the kindest and most upbeat people I’ve ever been served by. From the moment I pulled up, she made me feel welcomed and taken care of. She was super patient while I decided what to order and even gave great recommendations. You can tell she really cares about her customers and her job. My drink was perfect, and her positive attitude honestly made my whole day better. Seven Brew is lucky to have her!

  I always enjoy going to 7Brew, but Bella really made this visit stand out. She just has one of those personalities that makes you feel comfortable right away. She talked to me like she actually cared, not just taking my order and moving on. She was patient, upbeat, and made the whole experience feel more personal instead of rushed. You can tell she puts real effort into how she treats people. It honestly put me in a better mood for the rest of my day. Bella is the kind of person that keeps me coming back.

  I loved this location! The first time I was their will for sure be coming back. The lady at the counter by the name Mercedes helped me pick the best drink that I loved! Definitely recommend going to this location, the service was great and the wait time was little!!!

  I went to 7 Brew Coffee today (April 9, 2026) and had a really disappointing experience. I ordered a blue raspberry 7 Fizz with vanilla, coconut, cream, and light ice. The first drink I was given didn’t look right at all. When I asked about the ice, they told me it was light ice but it clearly wasn’t. I had also ordered a second drink, and that one was filled with ice too and it had no dairy in it. They remade my drink, but when I checked it, it appeared to have spoiled milk in it. I tried mixing it, but it only made it look worse and it smelled absolutely terrible. I ended up dumping it down the sink and that is when I could smell it. I've ordered this drink several times and never have had this issue until today. The staff came across as rude and unprofessional, and I didn’t feel comfortable going back through the drive thru to address it again. This situation should really be taken seriously, as serving spoiled milk could make someone sick. Overall, a very frustrating experience. Won’t be returning anymore.

  Super disappointed! I love 7 brew! I was so excited after moving back home from another town to find one in the area and so close to me! I have visited 4 times and can honestly say that I can sadly never visit again. 3 out of 4 visits were terrible. The first time my cup was so completely filled to the top with ice that there was hardly any liquid to drink. The second time was lovely. The third visit I was given the wrong order. I didn't figure it out until I was already at work. The fourth visit there was only one person in line. The attendant took their order and brought it out. Then they proceeded to stand and talk to the person in the car for a while. The staff inside was standing and looking out. Another car came in behind me and they continued talking and I now was blocked in and couldn't leave. Then another car came in the other lane. The employee and car in front finally stopped talking. This wasn't just a couple minutes of talking. Unfortunately I had leave without even getting to order. Super sad and disappointed 7 Brew North Canton!😢💔
