  Waited 25 minutes For a pick up order that should’ve been completed by the time I arrived. When questioned, after about 10 minutes, they said, I had to wait after everyone else because I came inside and then proceeded to not make my order until everyone else had left, including the drive-through and the lobby. If you’re staff and are the one responsible for this, I’m calling on everyone in the morning and if you’re the Supervisor or General Manager I’d like for you to look back on camera for this day between the time of 07:20pm and 7:55pm

  Would it kill you folks to schedule more than 2 people at a time past 8pm? I've sat in the drive thru multiple times for 45 minutes. Shame on you for overworking your employees for the sake of profit.

  Absolutely exceptional service and staff. Had a mix up with an order that my mother in law placed and they did amazing. The entire staff working deserves a raise.

  Everyone on the staff passed 6 PM needs fired. they cannot run a Taco Bell

  Our food was horrible and we just spent over 30$. I asked for extra sauce on my quesadilla and they gave me none.
