- TRTiffany RobertsJan 20, 20261.0Be cautious when ordering form the Niles PANERA bread. Today I ordered 1 whole sandwich and one pastry item. I received a half sandwich as well as the pastry item. I called and spoke to Brian, the manager, who accused me of lying. He also insinuated that the Door Dash driver could have opened the bag and took out half of the sandwich. I told him that the food I received was wrapped tightly, sealed with a sticker and was all inside a bag with a sticker on it. He was extremely rude and he hung up on me when I told him I didn't want a sandwich credit but that I would like the other half of the sandwich I paid for. I have heard that this happens quite often and now that I have experienced it, it's very disappointing. A manager who treats customers so horribly certainly explains very well why the employees can't do their job correctly.The only way this would post is to give it a star - NOTE: Panera Niles does NOT deserve a STAR today.
