The audacity of these people. I make an online order, try to pick it up through the drive thru and was RUDELY told I need to come inside. Get in there and nobody greets me or pays me any attention so I stand there waiting and waiting for somebody to come to the counter. I finally look to the side and see what I believe to be my food sitting there, I go an pick it up off the counter and as I’m turning to leave, miraculously a Wendy’s employee appears and starts clapping and saying “you finally figured it out!” Which means they saw me standing there the entire time. To say I’m livid is an understatement. Luckily I’m not one to cause a scene so I let it slide at the time but the more I think about it, this is unacceptable behavior!!! Do better.

Went to the drive thru yesterday ( 9-15-25) around 6:00 pm and the lady at the second window was a rude and nasty.
Won't go back there just because of the way she treated us. Attention management: get rid of her!!!! She clearly was angry and didn't like giving the drive thru customer their food and drinks.
