When I went to order I was told to wait and proceeded to wait another 5 minutes. It appeared that the window was only doing 1-2 cars at a time and that’s why the line was so backed up. Finally made my order and pulled up and waited on the food. When my daughter and I got home, my daughter’s food was missing from the bag. As usual with this location, what I pay for is not what I get. All that time waiting and she didn’t get a chance to eat cause her food was missing. Order accuracy would do this location wonders so that the right food is in the bag and people get what they pay for. This is probably the worst location in my area and i will not go back to this location anymore cause it’s basically the same thing every time. Something is missing. The E Market and Elm rd locations are far better than this location.

That plus the extremely vulgar language & conversations coming from the kitchen. Left & went down the street to Burger King.

Took me way longer to order than it should have. I was told I couldn't get a paper receipt, I replied "awesome" and then I was offered a paper receipt. I'll just stop going if I have to take my own order. Is it a petty gripe? Absolutely. I'm just not fond of using kiosks.
