I have had this oatmeal probably well over 500 times over the course of the times I have gone to this restaurant. Yesterday, my oatmeal wasn't done it was watery like soup and Luke warm. I am not sure what was going on with the oatmeal, it has never been that consistency when I would get it any other time. I know how it comes packaged into the store and I know that they put the package in the microwave to heat it up for I do believe is 3 minutes and then they pour it into the bowl and put the topping on it. I took it back up to the counter and told them that it was not done and could they fix it. So they took it back and 2 minutes later they called my name and I went up to pick it up it looked a little better until I went and sat down and realized that it was still cool and they added more sugar on tops with long with strawberries and the oatmeal was not done. I threw it in the garbage and I left. I will not go back to Panera bread. Panera has always had the best of everything. Am I going to let this one experience stop me from going again. Yes because I am not throwing my money in the garbage can. Thanks Panera bread for the many wonderful years of top-notch service until yesterday September 23rd 2025.
