- NMNeithiana MichaelsNov 13, 20251.0I went around 4:00 and the staff were so rude and was telling me the drink I was ordering wasn’t a drink but they had it on the app, then they proceeded to give away the orders from the cars behind me thru the first window while I sat for 15 minutes for a medium iced chi with cookie butter syrup. Mind you they weren’t busy we were the first car in the drive thru and the parking lot was empty. Definitely will not be coming back an if I do im making sure the stuff that was there isnt the same people again!
