  It's hit or miss with how busy it is here. Wish they would have used more of the empty space from Dillard's to expand both the restaurant and gaming area. I wish they would have made it bigger and added in pool tables or bowling.

  I absolutely love the security guard ! The short guy with the dreadlocks ! His hospitality and personality is like no other ! He’s very passionate about his job and it shows that he’s not just doing that job for the money. He’s a stand up guy and He’s also very funny and super sweet to my kids ! They liked him a lot !

  It's ok. Food was a bit tasteless. Bought the meal and ticket package thinking that we would actually be able to win tickets. It was all explain to us wrong. 🤷‍♂️. Probably won't be back.

  The only reason D&B Niles lost a star is because of size and a lack of just a few games. Outside of that the staff was super awesome, the place was spotless and the food was great. Everything you'd expect from D&B.

  This was our first experience at the Niles, OH location as we decided to get photos with our 2 year old son and take him to Dave and Busters afterwards. When we first walked up to the hostess sand the hostess was on her cell phone making a call and said absolutely nothing to us. A male approached and asked her where to seat our family and she said it didnt matter since their seating system was down. The dining room is smaller in size with a party of maybe 35 people seated at the front of the restaurant. There was a few other families having dinner which left 2-3 booths open and a 4 top table. We were seated at the 4 top table but decided a booth would work better with our 2 year old. I returned to the hostess desk to ask if we could move to a booth. The hostess, still on her phone, paused and gave me a response of "sure." While seated at the booth, I watched as at least 5 Dave and Busters employees walked by us, not one acknowledged us. After about 10 minutes of no acknowledgement, what seemed like a manager came over apologizing and asking if anyone had came to greet us yet, we said no. After this interaction, a server with green hair, approached the table asking who seated us. She explained that the table we were sitting at didnt have a server assigned. I explained the situation and told her that I asked to move and was told that I could. She continued to pressure me asking who told me that I could sit there. I told her we were going to leave without ordering and she stated she was "trying to figure this out." I attempted to explained that at this point she just needed to wait on our table as there were limited seats anyways and we'd already sat there for 10 minutes. She continued to ask me to point out the hostess that agreed to let us sit at the table asked if she had "red hair." After I told her I didnt see her at the hostess stand at that moment, the server walked away from our table without taking any sort of order. We decided to leave this restaurant after the 10 minute wait and argument about why we would be sitting at that table.
