Waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru while just being stared out. To follow up the order was wrong and she insisted I pay .99 for a mistake she made. Manager was very helpful though and remade my order. Jacala had the smart remark to say "I handed you your receipt." With the implication that I could not read. Thank you for a memorable experience.
