Used app they took money twice and said they didn't get my order even thought I had my receipt and showed 8tt came out of .y account twice. Called corporate they said owners would call make jt right they have mot. They said the money would come back k to my account it has not.
This.is stealing. Made the poor worker tell me this happens lot and they cany do anything
So they steal and dont fox it. Dont order from here they ate bad buisness owners.
I will continue lecing review until they return and fix my money I lost from this amd the fact kids didn't get their food.

Went to drive thru to pick up order I placed online. They proceeded to tell me they didnt have my order and even with my receipt they refused to give me my food. Along further Investigations they charged me twice
Then told mw they had no control and that I had to call corporate. Called corporate they said it could take daya to refund their mistake.
Promised the owner would teach out and make sure I got food being they stole the reat of the money I had in that account till pay day.
Nothing. They responded to the complaint on reviews but made no effort to fix or make right them stealing strait out.
So until I get my money back I will be repeating this review.
Stealing is not ok.
Trying to not fix is worse.
Makong your employees have to tell customers your stealing and it happens all the time is gross.
I literally was a customer who visited a couple times if not more a week it was not like I didnt not know every worker and had receipt and showed I was charged twice.

Stole my money. I had my receipt. Showed my order they said it wasnt on their screen. Showed money was taken out of my account not once but twice and she said I had to call corporate.
Theft.
Then said it was my problem they stole even though the receipt was in my hand.
Said I wasn't the only one it has happened to.
Dont go to a place that will take your money kepp their food and then say they to it to others too.

Did a mobile order. App said it was ready, went in and waited over 5 minutes to get the order. Fries were cold and so salty we threw them away. My burger had so much mustard on it I had to scrape it off just to try and eat it. Food here is not very good anymore.

I was apprehensive about coming back to the restaurant when it got the facelift, because I do not like change. But I have to say, they’ve done a fantastic job with the store. The employees are polite and quick with service. The only thing I wish was better were the prices, but they’ve been like that since 2020.
