  I believe that the atmosphere and employee attitude is just as important as the food. Bibibop in niles gets an A+! Even during a rush, the employees are always kind and welcoming! Smiles and warm chatter is a regular feature at bibibop of niles! When a new customer enters they are given a warm welcoming complete with a full tour of available options to make their bowl amazing! And the employees are so nice, and not in the way that it's drilled into their minds so much that they become a robot. They are genuinely personal and it shows And the food! All ingredients are fresh.. nothing pre packaged and shipped.. they clean and cut everything! And so many delicious options and great portions!! You want extra corn? Just ask! A little more sauce, no problem.. and don't forget to scan your ap for rewards. After your 1st visit you'll get a 100% free bowl and then earn points for free food after! And always check for bonuses!

  This is the second significant service issue we have had with this specific location, which is why I'm taking the time to write this review. We ordered our food specifically for drive thru pickup. We arrived at least 10 minutes after our order had showed as pickup ready. There were two cars in front of us. It took 15 minutes for the two cars in front of us to clear. When the car in front of us pulle dforward, The worker at the window looked, saw there were two other cars and then proceeded to not come to the window after an additional 10+ minutes. I got out of the car and went inside and asked for our order. The employee was condescending when I told him we had been waiting in the drive thru line. He began to explain that we should have pulled in to one of the spots out front to do pickup because people order and then pull up to the drive thru without their food being ready. So that was apparently why it was acceptable for us to be left out their waiting when they saw us. I asked the employee what the online order pickup option was for then if we weren't supposed to use it as intended. He eventually apologized. We aren't wanting to say anything bad about the Bibbibop the franchise, as the food is excellent. But the customer service at this location has left us not willing to return, even though it is our closest option.

  Really depends on the location. The ones you visit heading south seem to be friendlier and more generous portions. The locations up north by me seem to rush you out a bit and barely give any food. I find myself having to ask for more and then they charge for extra. All in all the food is superb! I tend to get it more on my travels to Dayton though.

  This is my first time ordering (online) food from this place. When I got home after I picked up my order I found out that they didn’t put any steak in my bowl I ordered! So I just ate rice with vegetables! Didn’t go back because it’s 30 min one way! The tofu was so dry and hard like an old shoe! Not happy!!
