- SSSynthia S.Nov 29, 20251.0This is honestly the worst location I’ve been to. We went in to order on 11/25 and our experience was terrible. There were 3 employees working, but you would’ve assumed only one was actually on the clock. They’d walk away without warning, one in the middle of a customer’s order, and never come back to finish. We spent at least 10 minutes waiting for potatoes. The guy who served us was uncooperative with our requests, under-serving portions even when we’d ask for extra (3 pieces of broccoli total is not extra, a half spoon of corn total isn’t extra, etc.). They were running out of every ingredient as we went along and we had to wait for everything to be refilled, if they even were. The guy had to keep walking to different sections to add requested ingredients. He also touched everything with the same pair of gloves, including the register, and then proceeded to touch the tongs for our food. About half way through the experience, I wasn’t even interested in the food anymore. This isn’t an isolated incident. I would say the past 4 times we’ve visited, there has been an issue each time. From being charged a dine-in fee after telling them it’s to-go to waiting 20+ minutes for our two bowls to get finished because they are incapable of refilling ingredients properly, this place is a mess. A lot of the employees are rude and careless. I’d rather drive all the way to Mentor at this point because at least that location is competent.

Everything was fresh and the guy who waited on me at the counter was very patient and informative. Very happy with the food, prices and service. I will return. Good to have a healthy option nearby.
