  Food was terrible, salad was frozen, brown wilted, the chicken tender looked old n refried. Everything was cold, wast h our food sit there for 15 on the counter,

  Kay and Christian were the best! They made my birthday one to remember. They gave us awesome customer service and made a lasting impression! We will definitely be back.

  After a 45 minute wait we sat down to have one of the most depressing salads I've ever had. Way too much dressing, the greens looked wilted and sad, and they forgot to put the blue cheese on it. The only good thing about the salad was the chicken. I wasn't expecting something amazing, but this was down right disappointing. Add to that our server barely checked on us and music so loud we had to shout to hear each other it made for an overall unpleasant experience. I get it's a sports bar and gaming place, people usually order the typical 'bar food', but if you have salads on the menu, they should at least be worth the $16 price.

  The other day I went into the Niles location of Dave and Busters to check them out as their still new to our area. After I was seated I ordered lunch, I wasn't super hungry so I ordered a cranberry apple side salad, a side of fettuccine alfredo, and a piece of garlic toast The salad was terrific and it was probably bigger then what you would get at Wendys and it was only about 5 dollars, Wendys rings in at 8.99, but you do get chicken with Wendy's. I also had that side of fettuccine which I only paid about 2 dollars for and garlic toast which was pretty close to $2 as well. So all in all I paid about 10 dollars for everything and I wasn't over stuffed, somewhat healthy, and more importantly I could just sit back and relax! My server was fantastic, she checked on me frequently and when I told her I was interested in more information about group gatherings and possibly donations she immediately sent her manager over. Mercedes, was so friendly and hooked me up with everything I needed. I'm looking forward to going back with my family and a group of energetic teens. However I found it cool that they do team building events as well, which my son is going to pass that info to his boss. Thank you to the whole Dave and Busters team. I'll see you soon! Jennifer Ondo

  Abigail was the best server at Dave & Buster’s because she consistently went above and beyond to make sure every guest had a great experience. From the moment she greeted a table, she was friendly, energetic, and genuinely interested in making people feel welcome. She had a great ability to read the table and anticipate what customers needed before they even had to ask, whether it was drink refills, extra napkins, or recommendations from the menu. Even during the busiest times, Abigail stayed calm, organized, and positive. While other servers might get overwhelmed, she handled multiple tables smoothly and made sure no one felt ignored. She also had a great sense of humor and knew how to joke with guests in a way that made the experience more fun and memorable. Another thing that set Abigail apart was how much she cared about doing her job well. She paid attention to the small details that made a big difference, like checking in at the right times and making sure orders were correct. Because of her great attitude and strong work ethic, customers often asked to sit in her section when they came back. Her combination of great service and personality made her the best server at Dave & Buster’s.
