  Went through the drive thru, girl got my order wrong, didnt ask if I wanted a receipt, barely gave us any fries with our food and didnt even say anything after handing me my food. Very rude environment. Will not be back to that Dairy queen

  I ordered a banana split blizzard, I got a cup of soft serve vanilla ice cream with a hint of pineapple covered in whip cream. No chocolate flavoring or cherry or any banana chunks. I realize that businesses maximize their profits by giving the consumers less quality. This is the second time it happened. I will not patronize this company anymore

  Absolutely ridiculous. I placed a mobile order at 6:07 (4 meal deals). Yet at 6:40 the cashier is still assembling my food while taking orders from other customers and employees. I was waiting in line to let them know I had arrived and an employee cut in front of me to order her food! Employees have to eat, I get it, but to cut the line? Then the cashier takes my cold things out and let's them sit on the counter while taking Yet another order. I was given no utensils, no sauces, no napkins. I had to go back to the counter and ask l. The cashier nodded like she heard me and waved another customer up to the front. My ice cream is puddles and I still have to drive home! Really!

  Ordered 8 ice cream cupcakes and the first one I ate had no cookies and the entire center had no chocolate sauce in it either with just a minimal amount around the rim of the outside of the cupcake. I called and spoke to the manager and was told I could return the cupcakes for a refund. That’s wonderful are they going to resell them? I wasted my time, gas and effort to go there and the only resolution was to bring them all back for a refund. How about replacing the ones they screwed up with new ones properly made instead? I will make sure to go to the Howland location from now on because the Mines Rd location in Niles has poor customer service and has messed my food up in the past as well.

  When the restaurant is open until 9, you expect to be able to order food at 8:30. Instead, we were told they weren't serving food and everything looked like it was shut down.
