  Most of the time this DQ is pretty good. The service isn’t always great. Today, I went with my husband and my daughter. We got 3 cones (one plain, one dipped, and one with sprinkles) and sat outside. My daughter is young, so she’s still figuring out the cones. I went in to ask for a spoon and a sundae dish to dump her cone and ice cream into. The lady (a bigger lady with brown hair) acted like it was a problem. And while I was still standing there, she told the team in an annoyed tone (we need to start charging for those!) uhhh what? I just paid almost $12 for 3 cones and you want to charge me for a sundae cup for my toddler? Ridiculous and unprofessional.

  I’m so disappointed I paid extra for Royal Ultimate Choco Brownie BLIZZARD and I paid an extra .99 for more chocolate fudge and I had ABSOLUTELY NONE! There wasn’t even a drop of fudge in my blizzard! I’ve had this blizzard several times I know how it’s supposed to be and it wasn’t what it’s supposed to be I paid around $4 more for just a regular blizzard! I’m so upset I was excited for what I ordered what a bummer

  Takes forever to do orders, really slow and terrible performance all around. Would not go here ever again otherwise I'll be waiting a year for some chicken tenders
