However, the downside is the management; the person I believe to be the owner can be very condescending if you have any questions. She definitely gives off an 'I’m better than you' vibe that makes the experience uncomfortable. Whether that is her intention or not, I’ve personally never had a positive interaction with her. I’ll keep coming back for the great sandwiches and the hardworking crew, but I’d suggest just keeping your interaction to the sandwich artists if you want a pleasant visit!
