- CTChristina TimmsApr 4, 20261.0I am unable to do ice in my drinks for over 3 years. This is the only Dunkin I have ever had trouble with getting more water in my drink instead of the ice. The lady spoke with her her general manager and said that they were unable to put more water in my drink instead of ice. Ice is frozen water. So what is the difference between melted water and ice?

- HDHA DMar 31, 20261.0I asked for a large nutty banana cloud latte. When I asked the manager, “is this how it’s supposed to look?” She replied, “with no ice, yes”. So you’re basically proving it’s a scam. How would a small with no ice look? I’ve never had this kind of service anywhere else. Every time I come here the associates are so rude. Girl acted like this was coming out of her paycheck. I don’t understand, lol. It’s never that serious. Anyways, the coffee tasted like shit and this place can never seem to get it right. Do NOT recommend this place to anyone😂😂😂😂
