  They treat their dine in customers like trash and a bother. I don't like the kiosks. I thought I was pressing regular egg mcmuffin meal, but somehow it translated to sausage egg mcmuffin. It takes the people in back 15 min to acknowledge your standing there with a problem. When I finally hollared ma'am several times, the lady noticed me. She said it rang up sausage egg n cheese. It was on sale, I told her I would pay the difference in price, I just really thought I was pressing a regular egg mcmuffin meal. If you want to treat dine in as an afterthought, how about just closing the dinning room completely. At least we get great service through the drive thru. And then everyone is happy, and no one has to wait 15 minutes to be acknowledged. There were 2 other gentlemen waiting for help too and ALLof us were being ignored.

  Almost every time we've gone there during the day or even at night they always mess up our food. Some may even say it seems intentional because we have told them before that we don't want pickles or onions and when we get out food there is either one or both on the burger wanted it a certain way it's not that way they usually don't listen to that either. But I'm bringing this two light for one purpose and one purpose only.... Allergies.... one of our family members is allergic to onions another family member is allergic to peanut butter and walnuts there are more but I would rather not get into it respectfully and I do not mean to be rude if you get into a food business you need and I may need to take precaution and you need to make sure that you put on your menu ( IF YOU HAVE ANY ALLERGIES TO ANYTHING WE NEED TO KNOW!) in BIG bold letters. It only takes one goof up to ruin an entire what may or may not have been good thing.

  Such a trashy little place and the manger herself could learn a thing or two! Don’t recommend this place! Not friendly service! Rude! Manager thinks she knows everything! Next time I’ll just keep driving to the next town for service because it will probably be better than this dump! This is why places like this go under! It’s the people who ruin services! You can’t make it when your customer service sucks and you’re arguing with the customer! Customer is always right! Apparently you’re not very intelligent to know that!
