  I placed a mobile order at 1:15AM when I got off work. I was tired and just wanted something quick. Their hours were posted as closing at 2AM. When I arrived to the store at 1:20AM, I sat at the speaker for 20 entire minutes without being greeted. The lights were on and there was clearly a worker there. I called and explained I’d been sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes and was wondering if they got my order. And the worker told me they closed at 1AM, so I’ll have to get a refund in the app. Now I have to wait 7-10 business days for the refund. I feel like this worker straight up lied and just didn’t want to make the food. If they really did close at 1, they should at least turn mobile orders off so this doesn’t happen to people. Not to mention this location is extremely hit or miss on the food quality, and will often give you cold or inedible food. Just a terrible location overall and I’m done giving them any business.

  Ordered through the drive through. After waiting 30minutes in the drive through i finally got to the window to pay, was greeted with an very angry employee telling me " Your order is too big, next time go somewhere else" mind you I order a 12pack of tacos and 2 drinks. None the less they lost all my future business at this location.. To top it off all the tacos were soaking wet in grease, not even edible.
