  I made an online order waited 2 hours for no food to be delivered to call and got told they out of ingredients and there truck was late this was around almost 9pm and then got told they about to close and will not make my order to call a 1800 number that hangs up on you to get a refund now Im out $40 due to this this place is a joke and the staff have very bad attitudes customer service sucks wouldn't not give any stars if I could

  I love when the older guy is working there he always in a great mood and make me feel welcome The only thing I don’t like about that store is they don’t never answer their phone

  I felt so bad and embarrassed for Lacy at subway in Newburgh hts. The worker at BP (i think her name is chantell) was beyond rude to Lacy! She used foul language, sneered, and was generally repulsive towards Lacy. Not only was i uncomfortable but I felt the BP workers behavior was unprofessional and intimidating to all the customers. Subway should do something to protect their employees!! I am so upset at what i saw. I had so much respect for lacy for continuing to do her job despite the repulsive behavior of Chantell who is in my opinion a repulsive individual!! Shame in BP for hiring such disrespectful employees!

  I asked for a steak and cheese. Well let's begin with he was trying to make two or three sandwiches at a time how ever many people together he wanna make them at once. Now I asked for mayo in the bread and he gonna tell me how much I need now at the point I am walking away to take a breath when I come back to finish my sandwich because he was trying to make the other sandwich I didn't realize there was no cheese in a sandwich named steak and cheese smh so once I was told I quickly stopped him and asked why was there no cheese on a sandwich which the name was steak and cheese smfh he replied that I was responsible for making sure he did his job or not. So with that being said I wasted my time and gas and still didn't eat the end result. I cooked at home like I should have

  Prolly the worst fast food chain I’ve ever been to. I work next door and I have seen them open maybe once in the last year. Every time I stop by and get gas I always chuckle when I hear potential customers walk out annoyed that they seemingly are never open but workers just standing around. Save your money and go somewhere else.
