I ordered on mobile for dine-in. I had a mobile receipt, and it went through my bank account. They said they could not serve me because the receipt did not print on their end and also they could not see the order pop up. They did not serve me even when I showed them my RECEIPT. Horrible customer service. Went back a day later and the angry manager asked me to show my bank account transaction to PROVE to her I paid. She said, "Next time you are not getting the food." EVEN THOUGH it wasn't my fault. Horrible service.

Didn't give my friend his order, even after he showed his mobile order receipt. We went to another wendys and they pointed out that they should've given my friend his food. Terrible service, management just wanted us out, it was disgusting.

I am not sure what happened at this location. The lady manager that used to be there had it ship shape. Went there today. No one in line. Took 15 minutes to get food. Bacon was not cooked, which seems to be an epidemic at a lot of Wendys. Fries were cold. The ladies restroom was filthy. There was poop on the bar in the handicap stall. Walls, floors, and sink were nasty dirty.
