  Just came through their drive through and my order was wrong. No big deal. I pull forward to wait. 11 minutes later no food. Noones come out of the store. I go in to get my food and the line worker says I was pulled to the third window. Manager says someone came out looking for me immediately afterward. Not only lying directly to my face. But, blaming me for noone bringing me my order which had been incorrect to begin with. Won't be back.

  Horrid place! I frequent due to living close by but will no longer due to blonde night manager being disgustingly disrespectful! I bought a meal...my sandwhich was not make correctly and was so greasy that it soaked both buns top and bottom! I called and asked for them to pls replace/ make it right and she tells me that if I bring the sandwhich back then they will remake it. I explained to her that I have worked a 12 hour shift and gas is $3.99 a gallon; so I really didnt want to go back out to replace my food that should've been correct in the first place. She says we'll then bring the sandwhich back on tomorrow then! I said ok and hung up the phone. I got dressed and put my shoes back on and put the fries and sandwhich back in the bag, mind you I dont eat my sandwhiches without my fries and since I have to go back for my burger my fries would be cold also so I just wanted to return those and get a correct fresh meal. When O got back there, she refused to replace my fries even though I returned the whole fry and burger...didn't take one bite of anything....she was extremely rude and had an attitude and told me we'll the fries were hot when you got them! I said I dont eat my sandwhich without my fries and I'm returning with the sandwhich since they are cold now because I had to return a second time and she just said Cant do that! I said ok I just want a refund then! She came back and only refunded me money for the sandwhich not the fries even thought she took both! I will never go back here again! Good customer service goes a long way and keeps business coming back! Obviously they dont want my business since I visit McDonald's at least 3-4 times a week wether it be a sweet tea or just a coffee! I will take my business elsewhere!

  I ordered a two cheeseburger meal and only received cheese on one of my burgers. My boyfriend asked for extra salt on his fries and didn't receive any but he didn't really have much to say about it. I ordered two cookies and only received one. Everything else was fine. The other cheeseburger I had, our drinks, his spicy mccripsy.

  This McDonald’s location is consistently disappointing. Every time I come here, the food is cold like it’s been sitting out forever. Ordered a 10-piece nugget and got ONE ketchup packet… seriously? It feels like no one cares about quality or basic customer service. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect hot food and the bare minimum. Definitely needs improvement.

  Stopped by this morning in the drive through. I saw a few customers in the dining room. When I got to the menu board to order, I was greeted with a message from an employee saying they were closed. I asked about the customers in the dining room, the employee responded with "we don't have any food". This was odd, since I saw the customers in the dining room drinking out of coffee cups. For all the employee knew all I wanted was coffee, which it appeared they had, based on the customers in the dining room. I find it Unlikely they are completely out of all food and drinks. Oh well, Sheetz' breakfast was better.
