Absolutely terrible experience. I went through the drive-thru to place an order for myself and my girlfriend, and the employee either wasn’t listening or didn’t care enough to get it right. I clearly ordered multiple items, yet somehow they only rang up one sandwich. No clarification, no repeating the order back, nothing.
On top of that, the customer service was awful. The attitude was rude, rushed, and completely unprofessional. When you’re spending your money, the bare minimum expectation is that employees listen and treat customers with basic respect — neither of those happened here.
Mistakes happen, but bad customer service on top of it is unacceptable. This location seriously needs better training and accountability. Definitely not coming back anytime soon

This Wendy's should just close the doors for 6 months & reorganize. The food service is always a risk as to getting what you actually order or if the food is burnt, old, missing pieces. I have waited in line for 30 mins at times due to lack of effort. I will be avoiding this location from now on.
