The first time I ever went there the food was cold and they didn’t even put cheese on my Nacho BellGrande. Usually, I will go somewhere closer to Columbus if we’re coming from Downtown or the Heath location. The second (and last) time we ordered DoorDash dash and it took 1.5 hours for the food. Never again!!!

Until recently, this place was nothing special, a solid "meh", great for when you're drunk but any other time was probably not the best idea. Not lately. The last 5 or 6 times I've been there (so I know it's not a coincidence) the food has been o.u.t.s.t.a.n.d.i.n.g. The staff have been super friendly and even on the times they ran out of something they'd offer an upgrade as a substitution. I have been super impressed, and I really hope you guys keep it up; if you do, I'll keep coming back more often!
