  Placed an online order, was told when I got there that they are out of everything and they can’t give me a refund because I ordered on the App. On top of that they weren’t very nice or professional when I asked for help. So, I will not be returning.   Not sure why there’s so many negative reviews. It’s a Taco Bell. I’m a regular here (I’m talking multiple times a week) and I’ve never had any real issues. The staff are friendly and always do their best. It seems like some people expect this to be the Ritz Carlton. Read the room 😂

  I took my grandsons. I ordered a nacho bellgrande with light beans extra meat. This is what I got, lighter is just to show size of box. The smallest bellgrande I ever saw and I know I paid extra for it too. I spent 32 dollars for that sad sad nacho bellgrande.
