So when I go to deliver one of the orders, the customer was upset that they didn't get the drink. I take partial responsibility for not double checking their work and simply trusting them at their word. However, when I called and spoke to the manager, instead of apologizing she chastised me for not checking the ticket. I told her to have her crew stop telling me that everything is there when it clearly isn't. That's on them. I will be checking every order of theirs from now on even if they tell me everything is there.
