As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Went to order and gave me total B4 I finished ordering new system sucks had order at window and then she tells me wouldn't have to wait and lied sends me to next window where I'm currently waiting on food still she said 5 min it's been over 15mins total Bull won't be back here at all

Went through the drive-thru tonight after soccer practice to get the family some food. It was a decent sized order, I understood it would take some time, so we were patient. What I didn’t appreciate was the attitude of the crew member, Megan. After I finished my order, she said “oh my god!”. Then.l, she continued to be rude the entire time and give us attitude for no reason. It’s unnecessary and horrible customer service. They also didn’t even make part of my order so I had to go back and wait longer.
