- UUUsntronDec 19, 20251.0I placed an online order this week for delivery. When the pizza arrived it wasn't what I ordered. I called the Donatos store and they informed me they made it according to the ticket they received. I offered to send them a screenshot of the email I got that showed what I ordered so they could see the problem was on their end. We wanted them to send us the correct pizza but they wouldn't do that and only offered to refund my money which I finally agreed to. One of the ingredients on the pizza was bell pepper which I'm highly allergic to so we couldn't salvage the pizza at all and it went into the garbage. About 15 minutes later they called back and said they couldn't give me a refund but would instead give me store credit, but I would have to order by phone and then pick up the pizza. Sorry but I found their solution to be dissatisfactory as I didn't intend to buy any more pizza from this Donatos again. I will make one more purchase so that I can at least get my money out of of this fiasco. Very, very poor customer service.
