  Ran here for a quick lunch. Found a long black hair in my sandwich, understanding it happens I went back up for a resolution. They stated they were going to remake my whole order. Now another 5min wait I didn’t have time for I asked to just be refunded. As the “manager” Trinity was working on my refund I was handed a complementary free sandwich card and at the same time this “manager” almost scolded her telling her she’s not supposed to do that… what!? She’s trying to make things right. After observing this I asked for her name and she literally ignored me and turned and walked away. And no one really wanted to give me her name like they were scared of repercussions. If this “managers” name is actually Trinity, she needs to take or retake a management course.

  Arby's was hot fast and ok tasting. I go back bc it's cheap n easy. I am sad that they did away with snack sized shakes they were the perfect amount for me...

  They're out of roast beef and many other menu items. Disappointing.
