    Ran here for a quick lunch. Found a long black hair in my sandwich, understanding it happens I went back up for a resolution. They stated they were going to remake my whole order. Now another 5min wait I didn’t have time for I asked to just be refunded. As the “manager” Trinity was working on my refund I was handed a complementary free sandwich card and at the same time this “manager” almost scolded her telling her she’s not supposed to do that… what!? She’s trying to make things right. After observing this I asked for her name and she literally ignored me and turned and walked away. And no one really wanted to give me her name like they were scared of repercussions. If this “managers” name is actually Trinity, she needs to take or retake a management course.

    This place has gone downhill, access road has dumbstruck size potholes, the floor inside is so sticky that I lost my shoe, entryway mats are extremely filthy, doors and windows greasy dirty, broken interior lamps chairs and booths. AC is always cranked to the max, super cold inside, uncomfortable to eat in such coldness. Very disappointed in this Arby's location, seems like a big chain franchise should care a bit more about how their location makes their customers feel. One good thing, food is usually OK.

    My son and I had tried the brisket and the other special sandwich pork I believe, there were literally 3 hairs in it! When I called them to ask them which one of their employees was brushing their hair over the food he said man no one and I said what could I speak to a manager and he said he was the manager and there's nothing they were going to do about it so therefore I told him I would never eat at that restaurant again it was so gross me out!!
