- AOanna ott4 days ago1.0It’s a shame the coffee is good, but the service is terrible. The line navigation system is HORRIBLE. one person taking orders 16+ cars deep. People just arriving getting orders taken and served before people there 15+ minutes even get their order taken. One lane always moves faster. Been here 20 minutes, 4 cars back and the car that was 2 behind me in the other lane just left. I just got my order taken a few minutes ago. Honestly will probably stop coming. This is atrocious and either short staffed, or staff are not paid enough to care. Saw a lot of people in front of me getting frustrated at being blatantly ignored by the girl taking orders. Please figure this out.

Today I tried to buy 2 drinks with it & it was declined. These workers are running a scam & taking customers money by pocketing the cards themselves. Do not go here unless you want to toss money that you earned down the drain.

It was mid afternoon and there were at least 10-15 cars backed up. There were at least 5-6 cars in front of us that had not yet placed an order. Perhaps someone called off and could not be helped, so don't go solely on this rating...stop by and give it a go for yourself at another time and hopefully your experience will be better than mine! 🙂
