  Stopped on Ohio turnpike on a drive back to Pittsburgh. Excellent service and food at a reasonable price. Makes Starbucks look like armed robbery with their stale pastries and overpriced drinks. Hoping they expand into western Pennsylvania.

  If you bring a travel mug to get a "refill" or whatever you'd call it they charge you as if you're buying a coffee using their cup...so it's full price. They told me "we don't have a way to charge for a refill" so I asked for the coffee to be served in their paper cup since I was paying for it and I was told that "we don't charge for the cup just the coffee" Ohhhh Really!! I'm sure caribou is giving away free cups and lids right!! So since you don't do refills at a discounted price and you're obviously not concerned about throwing money away then you must not need new customers or any customers right...this customer is never coming back! And you watch...the company won't respond to this review just like they haven't to any others on Google.

  I was so happy when I saw the Turnpike had a Caribou (I haven't had a Caribou coffee in years). Parker was so friendly and amazing! I had a few questions about the menu and they were so happy to help. My shaken espresso tasted awesome and the customer service topped the cake! Will be returning next time I come through!

  Great drinks. Awesome employees helped figure out what to drink and explained everything
