It takes about 10-20 minutes and then they bring all the orders out and go from car to car trying to find the order to the person. The food is then cold and mushy. I would rather sit in the drive thru line and get my food fresh *******edit ***today I received my order at the drive thru and it was fast and accurate much better experience.

They don't change the fryers oil. They carry over old products to be used next day due to dropping to much meat! Don't get sick! (I've seen it and worked for them)
