I contacted Subways customer service via email and I never hear back from them. Not happy about this and will go out of my way to go to a different location. If staff isn’t there during normal business hours, shut down online ordering.

Probably because the manager is not good I'm guessing they all looked miserable . Looks like you have bad management at this location ,
