- MWMaranna White2 days ago1.0Carl and the woman that was working with him was taking forever to put my mobile order together. Receipt says extra mayo on the sub and they put none. I call in to see if I can get the sub remade and they said I have to bring back the sub for them to remake it. That does make sense, however, I tore the sub apart looking for the mayo and then threw it away. Im not digging through the trash to repackage it just for proof that they messed up. Also, when I walked in the employee (Carl) unlocks the woman’s restroom while there is a woman in there. Makes no sense that they were clearly busy why he would he use a key to unlock the women’s restroom?

The poor girl working was stuck by herself because the late shift all called off so she had to do double the work, so she wasn't happy, but she did a good job anyway. All in all, probably one of the better experiences I've had at any subway in a long time.

I contacted Subways customer service via email and I never hear back from them. Not happy about this and will go out of my way to go to a different location. If staff isn’t there during normal business hours, shut down online ordering.

You literally have to awaken and get your food.I have walked in there multiple times and the music is extremely loud you can't even hear yourself think.
