I don't go to Chipotle anymore but I'll occasionally check the reviews when I see one and they're always the same It must be in their corporate plan. The seek to satisfy their share holders, first. Locally owned restaurants typically have much higher reviews for obvious reasons.

Talk about lazy workers…they couldn’t follow simple instructions on what I ordered. The 2 green peppers I had on my salad that were supposed to be fajita veggies were giant chunks. Hopefully corporate comes in and replaces the workers or closes this location. It’s sad the area needs the restaurant but absolutely not these workers who deliver the worst quality of food. Or even a new manager…I really hope corporate evaluates this location.
