  We stopped here to eat after my son’s wrestling tournament and arrived at the same time as several of his teammates. Unfortunately, about five tables that came in after us were served their food before we were. We were told one of our sandwiches wasn’t made correctly, but the order then came out in pieces, not all at once, which added to the wait. We are confident that our waitress forgot to put our order in and made up the sandwich story. On top of that, our drinks sat empty and we had to ask for refills. Overall, the service was slow and disorganized. This was our family’s second visit to this location, and unfortunately it will be our last. With the long wait and poor delivery, we’re genuinely confused why this place is still so popular. Do better.

  Waited over 3 hours for food and multiple tries at getting our orders right on the checks. Could have went to watch Avatar Fire and Ash and still been out at the Zanesville location before we even got out of the New Phily Location

  We had the worst experience today. We waited for our food for 45 minutes and then when the food came out it was cold. The restaurant was not busy and this was the New Philadelphia location. Ava the waitress was nice and trying but the manager Lex was horrible and unprofessional. She was rude and slammed our food on the table. We dont ever complain but this was absolutely unnecessary for the manager Lex to act the way she did and her behavior and attitude was ridiculous! I will be calling the corporate office about this experience. I do not recommend this restaurant due to the manager's attitude and behavior. Although, Ava, the waitress needs to be recognized for her kindness.

  I'm not sure what's going on over there. It's not a busy day and I scheduled food to be picked up at 2:50 pm. Finally got it at 3:20. Like they put the order in when I got there. Isn't that the whole reason for having a scheduled pick up time? This is usually a great location please don't tell me this is going to be the trend.

  I went to the New Philadelphia, Ohio location over the summer and it happened to be trivia night. I'm a nerd, so I played along. I ended up winning 3rd place, and received $15 in gift certificates, 3 $5 certificates to be exact. It doesn't say they expire or that they can only be used one at a time, and it wasn't ever expressed. Tonight, I went in with my prize, and was told only one $5 certificate could be redeemed at a time. So hypothetically speaking, if I had won first place, and received $40 I believe, I would have to visit 8 times to use them. That makes no sense. These are not coupons, they specifically state "gift certificate" at the bottom and are numbered. Really a stupid policy, and the prize is kind of useless, all things considered, especially if I have to make multiple visits just to use them.
