    Not sure what’s wrong with this specific location, but they slice their roast beef, SUPER thick—to the point of it being ridiculous. The other Arby’s locations slice their roast beef properly, in a thin cut manner.

    New general manager Jenn quillin is absolutely amazing and has everything in order there. Food and customer service was outstanding!!

    Ordered big cheese bacon burger -minus cheese, potato cakes, loaded Italian and Mac and cheese. Received burger with cheese, potato cakes burnt to a crisp and soaked with grease, a deep fried turkey sandwich and cold Mac and cheese. You only got the two drinks right. Enjoy the last $25 You'll ever get from me. EDIT: don't bother filling out the form in the comments. No one from their team reaches out.
