I went through the drive-through and at the lane I was in the man told me to please wait a moment. He took care of the person that pulled in after me in the line next to me and then when he was finished, he proceeded to tell me that my lane was closed and I would need to re-enter and go in the other lane. Needless to say, I went to the restaurant next-door, which was Wendy’s. The lane should have been clearly marked and why did I have to wait for the person in the other lane when all he told me was the lane was closed. I don’t plan on returning anytime soon.

Not sure what’s wrong with this specific location, but they slice their roast beef, SUPER thick—to the point of it being ridiculous.
The other Arby’s locations slice their roast beef properly, in a thin cut manner.

New general manager Jenn quillin is absolutely amazing and has everything in order there. Food and customer service was outstanding!!
