  I placed an online order for a Mario-themed cake through your website with 5 days’ notice. When I arrived to pick it up, the store informed me they could not make it due to it being a licensed cake and a broken printer. I was not contacted ahead of time and no alternative or resolution was offered in-store, which left me scrambling to find a last-minute cake for my child’s birthday. I then contacted customer service and was told I would receive a callback, but no one ever followed up. I understand that issues can happen, but the lack of communication both before pickup and afterward is very disappointing.

  We ordered a chocolate cone through the New Phila.drive thru; but were given a vanila by mistake.My husband politely told the dark haired, 30 ish yr. old man that he ordered chocolate, and the man, whom happened to be the manager, shouted, "No you didn't !" We're thinking that they could use an in--service on customer courtesy regarding their rudeness!🙄

  So it's snowing and gross outside on my birthday and I just wanted an ice cream cake. So I went through the drive through, which moved pretty fast (there were 3 cars ahead and 1 behind me). The customer service was fantastic and they even gave me a discount!!!! I figured I needed to leave a good review in return for making my snowy day a little brighter.

  I went today to buy 80 dollars worth of gift cards. I was denied service because I was paying with cash. Im not sure what this world has come to that we dont except cash. My bank gives me the bills but being told to go to speedway to get change for a bill from my bank makes me very upset! I would not recommend anyplace any moore that does not except cash they have markers and machines so I guess wendys wins this one atleast they except cash rant over ! Don't waste your time comeing here !!!!

  I was disappointed when I ask for 4 scoops of cheesecake pieces added to my blizzard and I only had 1 cheesecake piece in the whole blizzard. Why charge extra when you won’t put what the customer asks for in the blizzard?
