  Understaffed, cleanliness and service suffered. The staff that showed up was absolutely working their tails off though.

  This is the worst Chipotle i’ve had as far as the food. The chips were so salty we couldn’t eat them. The. bottom of the bag was lined with salt

  I had the rice bowl. Asked for queso, it had no questo and double the amount of shredded cheese. So stringy you couldn't eat it. Rice was crunchy. Counter was dirty. It needs wiped down. They just slide your bowl through the mess , all kinds of sticky on the outside of my carryout container. Got chips, all I had was crumbs. It needs cleaned up counter working space.

  So I get being busy and understaffed. That was not the case tonight. Upon entering, the trash cans were overflowing onto the floor. Trash all over the dining room. In the 40 minutes in line....YES 40 MINUTES, no one came out to sweep the floors or wash the tables and chairs. The drink machines were nearly empty. The staff moved very slowly. Either they are all way overworked and just tired of being there, and/or they just don't care. Not once did we see a towel used to clean anything. The food tasted good, so that's something. Picture of the checkout counter. Our bag was pushed through that mess to us.

  It would be nice if the front of the house garbage cans were cleaned quite a bit more often, not to mention countertops being wiped down where food is being prepped in addition to the back of the house where a lot of customers Park looks like the photo I have here more often than not. Management might want to consider looking into this at some point because keeping a restaurant clean should be top priority. Having us customers walking by this to go to the restaurant isn't exactly a great look (especially seeing the dirty rat traps too) and then walking in the door to the trash cans being OVERFLOWING with trash. If you see all the other photos people post of trash inside and outside, dirty tables and dirty counters that says a lot for the location and it shouldn't look this way or be this way if you expect people to come in and purchase food from an establishment.
